Provola with Lemon

Semi-cooked cheese with spun paste produced in an artisanal way with a particular aroma given by the golden yellow verdello lemon with a tendency to amber color with the progress of the seasoning.

Ingredients: raw whole cow's milk coagulated with kid's rennet, salt, lemon verdello.
