Description
Low-fat dairy of short maturation with a soft paste of straw yellow color, from raw cow's and sheep's milk. Product obtained by surfacing cow's whey proteins, with the addition (about 10%) of whole raw milk. It is aged in special sandstone rooms for a period ranging from 60 to 90 days.
