LOCAL SALAMI WITH PISTACHIO
The local salami with pistachio is an excellent salami obtained from medium-grained meats with
important organoleptic characteristics thanks to their quality enriched by pistachio.
It has a red color, stuffed with natural casing and aged at least 2 months in natural cellars of
Sandstone.
Intense aroma and aromatic taste with unobtrusive spiciness characterized by the presence of pepper
black grains.

To be paired with important wines such as not very structured reds, to be enjoyed solo on a slice of bread
homemade with our selection of cold cuts and cheeses
