The Salame di Busambrina and' a fine salami of lean Cinisara cow meat flavored with salt of
Mothia white pepper black pepper and wild fennel.
It has a purple red color and is aged at least 30 days in natural sandstone cellars
Complex aroma and intense aromatic taste with spiciness determined by wild fennel and
from spices.
